Aeroplan points – flying to Uganda with Canoopî!

Over the years, many of you have generously donated Aeroplan points to 60 million girls. Thank you!!!

We’ve used them to attend conferences and this November, they will enable one of our team to participate in the first field evaluation of our new offline climate change game – Canoopî.

Our Roberta Thomson will meet with Bev Carrick, co-founder of Embrace International in Uganda to test the Beta version of Canoopî in Fort Portal where Embrace has been implementing the MLL for the past 4 years in 15 schools.

The game will be in the hands of some 150 grade 5 students, girls and boys equally. Many of the students will require the accessibility tools designed into the game.

Your support of our work through the donation of Aeroplan points enables us to continue to bring innovative approaches like the climate action game to reality.

We couldn’t do it without you
