Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, presented a total of 64 Meritorious Service Decorations (Civil Division), including 8 Meritorious Service Crosses (M.S.C.) and 56 Meritorious Service Medals (M.S.M.), during a ceremony at Rideau Hall, Ottawa Ontario on Thursday, March 21.
